Applications are invited for the post of Researcher for imaging and editing of Greek papyri at Oxford, under the supervision of Dr D. Obbink. The post is funded by the University for one year from 1 October 1997 (or as soon as possible thereafter). The successful candidate is likely to have doctoral level research qualifications in Classics (Greek and Latin), papyrology, palaeography, and/or text and image processing.
Salary 15,159 pounds.
