Category: Decree
Subject: Honorific decree for the Antigonid officer Apollonides the son of Charops proposed by Stratokles. Apollonides already enjoyed Athenian citizenship as a reward for previous services. The present decree adds a gold crown.
The stele was later reused and fr. a carries a first-century AD list of pyloroi, written in larger lettering transverse across the fourth-century stoichedon pattern (IG II2 2304).
Date: 303/2 BC.
