| Subject: | Milesian decree appointing theoroi to travel to Kos to request the recognition of the Panhellenic, crowned status of the Didymeia games; a Koan decree on the reverse of the stele responds positively to the request. The Milesian decree is dated to the eponymous monarchia of Hippokrates, the Koan response to the succeeding monarchia of Philinos. |
