Subject: Athenian decree dated to the archonship of Nausigenes (368/7) honouring Dionysios I of Syracuse and recognising him as a perpetual ally of Athens.
The lettering of this inscription provides the exemplar of Tracy's "Cutter of IG ii2 105", who worked between 368 and 338 BC.
Date: 368/7 BC.
