The following two catalogues - of datable inscriptions illustrating the development of the palaeography of public Koan Hellenistic epigraphy and of inscriptions that can be assigned to identifiable Koan Hellenistic letter-cutters - were compiled to illustrate a paper presented at a Colloquium on The Hellenistic Polis of Kos - Society and Culture organised by Kerstin Höghammar at Uppsala University on 11-13 May, 2000. The paper will be published in the Conference Proceedings later this year.
