Imaging LV 3804-5: the results
The first time we tried this, the camera broke down six frames into the job, and we had to manhandle the ten-foot papyrus back onto the workroom table. Papyrology is the only branch of classical studies in which you can build really good muscle tone.
The second time we were luckier, and the papyrus has now been imaged in its entirety, completing our coverage of all the Oxyrhynchus material from vol.50 onwards.

The off-white backdrop is a roll of paper that Revel brought in, originally intended for lining drawers.
