George Forrest Epigraphical Library

On 15 November, 2001 a reception was held in the Classics Centre to celebrate Margaret Forrestss donation of the epigraphical books from the library of her late husband, Prof. George Forrest, to the CSAD. Margaret Forrest also presented a portrait photograph by Michael Gabriel of George Forrest in characteristic pose to hang alongside his books.
